How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide for a full bust, waist, hip, shoulder and length chart with measuring tips. Chikankari kurtas have a relaxed fit, so if you're between two sizes we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Share your measurements with us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
Do you offer COD?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India, alongside secure UPI, card and netbanking payments at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in about 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns and exchanges on unworn pieces with original tags. See our Return & Exchange policy for full details, or message us and we'll guide you through it.

Are products ready to ship?
Most of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship. A few made-to-order or restocking styles may take a little longer — this is noted on the product page, and we're always happy to confirm on WhatsApp.
How should I care for chikankari garments?
Gentle hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, wash separately, do not wring, and dry in shade. Light steam or iron on a low setting on the reverse to protect the embroidery.
